OZON Camp 2022
As part of Ozon Camp 2022, we were tasked with solving a case by applying our analytical skills and commercial knowledge.
As the team leader, I successfully guided our team in analyzing category reports, calculating financial metrics, visualizing the results, and evaluating the category’s profitability for the company.

This project assists individuals with disabilities in acquiring rehabilitation aids through a marketplace using government-issued electronic certificates
The Ozon team and the Social Fund of Russia achieved the following:
- Expanded the catalog's assortment by 15 times through the recruitment and development of suppliers;
- Maintained communication lines with clients with disabilities via CRM;
- Prepared responses to FAQ for customer support;
- Created a video titled "The Path to Rehabilitation".
